Verdict: no other employer could have put this picture on their website. It's unique. It's an eye-catcher and memorable. Well played.
2. Job ads on Tinder

Verdict: Courageous choice to put jobs on Tinder. Maybe not for everyone. But I think it's good someone is trying it so we find out if it works. Just not sure about the model: he is fully dressed.
3. When you outsource the work to the applicant
Verdict: You may think that if you make your application form needlessly long, you only get applicants who burn for the job. Well, or you get people who don't mind doing needless work. Don't do it.
4. And then the day came
Verdict: We know from surveys that candidates expect an invitation to the interview within 1-2 weeks. Sometimes it can take a little longer. Problem is that, unlike Charles, most have other options and won't quite wait for 70 years.
5. Technically true
Verdict: If you have a hybrid car, every commute is hybrid, too. And remote can also mean the office is far out and hard to reach. Words are just clay in the hands of clever marketers. What could go wrong?
6. Moment of truth
Verdict: Shockingly accurate. The truth is, I don't know which one is worse. Anyway, this meme perfectly captures the contrast between image and reality and could not be any more "2023". HR marketing is getting more professional and impressive everyday. Just good to remember that the candidates have the final word.
